Quick Advice to Quickly Get Started with Your Vtiger CRM
Vtiger CRM is a great tool for self employed individuals, small businesses and even medium and large sized businesses who want to get started with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system that can help save time with sales, fulfillment and customer support. We have put a list of tutorials that will get you started with Vtiger quickly and you can see how the CRM will make a difference in your businesses without being super tech savvy. These tutorials are meant for Vtiger CRM 7 (2016-2017) and can help you decrease learning time. Please note that not every video is from Vtiger and some may have a slightly different look, but all will help you become familiar with your system. Getting started and familiar.
One of the nice things about Vtiger is that the menu is easy to access and can take you to anywhere you need to go simply. The menu is at the top left area of the screen and will give you access to each section including settings quickly. You’ll 1st notice the dashboard provides you with some tracking reports which you can adjust (watch video below). You can also access notifications, calendar, and other useful items from the quick add menu in the top right section. If you ever get stuck or have some issues, you can always open a chat box with support on the bottom right side of the page. (menu, quick add menu & chat highlighted in green)
